"These folks are THE BEST! Highly recommend!! I was a former Allstate customer and was tired of the corporate level interaction and continual rate hikes.I walked in the door on a day off to the Anthony Raggi State Farm office in Hebron, was pleasantly met by some ROCK STAR employees who were happy to help! Katelyn has been my customer service rep from day one, and is absolutely fantastic to work with! She patiently and expertly answered all my questions and after 15 short minutes was able to offer great rates on 2 vehicles and my home. I can't say enough good things about the superior customer service I have experienced, they walked me through every step of the transfer of insurers, and even called me a couple weeks after just to check in and make sure everything was going well!
